All film submissions must be in our office no later than March 7th, 2012. Everything must be completed on this entry form to be considered. Submissions received after March 7th, 2012 will be entered into the following years competition. Notification of acceptance into FULL MOON HORROR FESTIVAL will occur no later than MARCH 15TH, 2012. Final screening format is DVD, NTSC format. All submissions must be clearly labeled and in a DVD case. All entries selected grant FULL MOON the right to use still photos, video, images, and sound of films for promotional purposes. All entry fees are nonrefundable. Entries will not be returned unless a prepaid self-addressed return mailer is enclosed. I, the undersigned, represent and warrant that I have full legal right and authority to submit the mentioned film for consideration by FULL MOON, that I have read and understand the festival “guidelines” and that all necessary consents, licensing, and approvals have been obtained. I understand that my submission is in no way a guarantee of acceptance in the festival, nor has any employee or representative of FULL MOON HORROR FESTIVAL guaranteed my acceptance into the festival prior to submission. Entry fee will also include 1 weekend pass for feature films, and 1 day pass for short films, if your film is selected.
